About Us

JZ Personal Training is owned and operated by Jordan Zawahri, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist located in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals through a wide range of fitness programs. Jordan's journey as a personal trainer began after graduating from Xavier University William’s School of Business in 2018. Prior to that, he was a full-time student-athlete, but after completing his education, he decided to transition into a full-time personal trainer. Throughout his Personal Training career, he has worked with hundreds of clients, guiding them to reach their fitness goals.

Jordan's athletic background is extensive and impressive. He has gathered a 5-1 record in MMA and has won a championship belt at 170lbs. Additionally, he has competed for the 185lb championship. Not only has he achieved success in MMA, but he also has multiple championships in Jiujitsu. He continues to actively compete, which helps him to stay current on the latest techniques and training methods.

He believes that the key to success in fitness is setting specific goals and working towards them consistently. He understands that everyone's fitness journey is unique and therefore, tailors his approach to meet the individual needs of each client. In addition to his extensive athletic background and passion for fitness, Jordan is also a certified nutritionist, which allows him to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. He recognizes that nutrition is a crucial component of fitness and offers advice on nutrition and supplements.

Jordan's dedication to his clients extends beyond the gym. He is available to his clients at all times, whether it be through email, phone, or in-person meetings. He also provides ongoing support and motivation to ensure that his clients stay on track and reach their goals.
